It has been held by the Supreme Court in that a contemporaneous(existing at or occurring in the same period of time) tape record of a relevant conversation is a relevant fact under section 6 of The Indian Evidence Act (Section 4 of The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023) as Res Gestae.
